Arrivals:
Lodging guests are welcome to check in any time during business hours; however, we respectfully request that you drop your pets off no later than 4:00 PM to allow us time to exercise your pet and make them as comfortable as possible on the first evening of their stay.
Departures:
Check-out for overnight guests is offered anytime throughout the day, no later than 15 minutes before closing. If your pet is scheduled for a salon service at check out, please wait for a phone call from our Concierge confirming all services have been completed before heading over.
Statutory Holidays:
We are closed for pick-up and drop-off on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Please inquire directly about all other statutory holidays.
